Our goal: If you're not happy, we want to make it right. We'd rather give you a refund than keep money from a bad experience.
Muse Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime — no long-term contracts
- If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, you'll receive a full refund
- After 7 days, your subscription remains active until the end of your billing period
- No partial refunds for unused days after the 7-day window
Muse Market Purchases
- Digital products (personas, skills, downloads) are generally non-refundable once downloaded
- If a product is materially different from its description, contact us for a full refund
- If a seller is found to have violated our terms, affected buyers will be refunded automatically
- Dispute a purchase within 14 days of the transaction
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@heymuse.ai with your account email and the reason for your request. We respond within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 5-7 business days.
