Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Muse, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. Simple as that.

2. What Muse Is

Muse is a personal AI assistant platform. We provide the technology — your Muse is your partner. Muse is a tool for augmentation, not replacement. The human is always in charge.

3. Your Account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account independently
• Children under 18 require parental invitation and consent
• You are responsible for your account and everything that happens in it
• One account per person — don't share accounts

4. Acceptable Use

Use Muse for legal, honest, productive purposes. Do not use Muse to:

• Harass, harm, or deceive others
• Generate illegal content of any kind
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or abuse the platform

5. Your Content

You own what you create. Content you generate with your Muse belongs to you. When you publish to Muse Market, you grant us a license to display and distribute it per the Seller Terms.

6. Our Responsibility

Muse is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it running and improving, but we can't guarantee it will always be perfect. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on your Muse's responses — always apply your own judgment.

7. Termination

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can close your account at any time. Your data will be deleted within 30 days of closure.

8. Changes

We'll update these terms as Muse grows. We'll notify you of material changes. Continued use means acceptance.
