Muse Market Seller Terms

1. Who Can Sell

To sell on Muse Market you must:

• Be a verified Muse account holder (18 years or older)
• Have completed our account verification process
• Agree to these terms in full before publishing any listing
• Be the original creator or authorized seller of what you're listing

Your account is your identity on this platform. Every listing is permanently linked to you.

2. What You Can Sell

Muse Market welcomes a wide range of human-created content, including:

• 🤖 AI Personas — custom agent configurations, SOUL.md setups, memory systems
• ⚡ Skills — plug-and-play capability packages for OpenClaw agents
• 📚 Books, guides, PDFs, and written works
• 🎨 Original artwork, AI-assisted images, and digital art
• 🎬 Videos, tutorials, property tours, and creative content
• 🎵 Original music and audio compositions
• 📊 Templates, workflows, business plans, and SOPs
• 🛠️ Prompt packs, scripts, and tools

If you created it, it's legal, and it delivers real value — you can sell it here.

3. Pricing Rules

• Prices must reflect genuine value — predatory pricing or inflated prices for low-quality content will result in listing removal
• Free listings are welcome and encouraged — especially for community-building skills
• Prices cannot be misleading — what you charge must match what you deliver
• Bundle pricing is allowed — clearly describe what's included

We reserve the right to flag or remove listings we determine are unreasonably priced relative to their content.

4. Revenue Share

• 100% to you on your first $10,000 in net revenue per product, per year
• 85% to you / 15% to Muse after $10,000 per product per year
• Payment processing fees (Stripe) are deducted before the split
• Payouts processed monthly to your verified payment method

5. Prohibited Content

• ❌ Pornography, adult sexual content, or explicit material of any kind
• ❌ Malware, harmful code, or AI configurations designed to cause harm
• ❌ Content that infringes on copyright, trademarks, or intellectual property
• ❌ Stolen, plagiarized, or AI-generated content presented as original human work without disclosure
• ❌ Hate speech, content targeting protected groups, or content designed to harass
• ❌ Misinformation products or content designed to deceive
• ❌ Anything illegal under applicable law

We do not actively police every listing, but we respond to reports and conduct periodic reviews. Violations result in listing removal, account suspension, or permanent ban depending on severity.

6. Copyright & Intellectual Property

By listing content on Muse Market, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have full rights to sell it
• Your listing does not infringe on anyone else's copyright, trademark, or IP
• If your content uses AI-generated elements, you have disclosed this appropriately
• You accept full legal responsibility for any IP claims arising from your listings

Muse will cooperate fully with valid DMCA takedown requests and intellectual property complaints.

7. Content Review

All listings are subject to review. We may:

• Review any listing at any time for compliance with these terms
• Remove listings that violate our policies without prior notice
• Request additional information from sellers before approving listings
• Suspend accounts pending investigation of reported violations

Our goal is not to police creativity — it is to protect our users and the integrity of the platform.

8. Children & Family Accounts

• Children may only join Muse through a parent or guardian invitation with explicit parental consent
• Child accounts do not have access to the standard Muse Market by default
• Child users see a Muse Kids Store — a curated, age-appropriate marketplace with appropriate content only
• Content created by a child user must be published through their parent's verified account
• Parents are responsible for all activity on child accounts linked to their family profile
• The Muse Kids Store has its own content guidelines — all content is reviewed before appearing there

9. Account Actions

Violations of these terms may result in:

• ⚠️ Warning — first-time minor violations
• 🔒 Listing suspension — listing removed pending review
• ⏸️ Account suspension — temporary loss of selling privileges
• 🚫 Permanent ban — for serious or repeated violations

Banned accounts forfeit any pending payouts related to policy violations. Muse reserves the right to determine the appropriate action at its sole discretion.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the platform grows. Sellers will be notified of material changes. Continued use of Muse Market after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
